PAULA beachwear is responsible for handling the personal data you have given us. We handle your personal data to fulfill your order, or, in case you have opted-in to receive news letters from us.

What data is stored?
To handle your order and be able to answer questions related to your order we store your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, ip address and your purchase history.


Your data is stored as long as we have legal ground to treat your data.


Your data is handled when purchasing in order to complete our agreement with you. Direct Marketing only goes out to you after your consent.


What data is shared and why?
When purchasing from us your data is being shared with our payment partners. We store your e-mail, address and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice your personal identification number is also stored with the payment provider. The data is being stored to implement the purchase and to protect both parties against fraud. 


The payment partners we use are Adyen and PayPal.


To deliver your order we must share specific data with our freight partners. We share name and delivery address. E-mail and/or phone number can also be shared in some cases for notification. Our freight partners are Postnord, Schenker, FedEx and UPS. 


Have you opted-in to receive our newsletter name and e-mail is shared with our newsletter supplier. We use Mailchimp for sending newsletters.


You have the right to extract all data stored about you from us. We deliver this electronically.  


You have the right to ask us to correct or update data about you.


You may at any time ask us to delete all data regarding you.


PAULA beachwear is responsible for the storage and handling of personal data and make sure to comply to the law.


We use standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash-algorithms to store, handle and communicate sensitive data for example personal data and passwords securely. Our web site partner is Rivercode and the platform is built with Centra.


Changes in Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right at any time make changes in the terms and conditions. Changes will be published online and are considered accepted when placing an order or visiting our web shop.


Dispute and law
In case of dispute not solvable with our customer service you may turn to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. If you reside in another EU country you can leave a complaint online via: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr


In case of dispute we follow the decision made by ARN or corresponding instance.


Dispute regarding interpretation or application of terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance to Swedish law.
