Where is your swimwear made?
We believe in sustainability, and all our swimwear is made in Europe from the highest quality fabric. Each PAULA suit is designed by Paula Malm in Stockholm, Sweden.

How do I care for my suits?
We encourage you to take good care of your garment for it to have a long life. Sunscreen, tanning oils, make-up, insect repellant, and other lotions can damage or stain the suit, so please take special care when applying these products, preferably half an hour prior to putting your suit on. We recommend rinsing your suit directly after you’ve used it. Especially if it has been exposed to saltwater, chlorine, or oily skin products. Hand or machine wash both works, but be gentle. No strong detergents, no chlorine or soaking. Hang dry on plastic hanger, avoid direct sunlight. Do not wring.

Can I wear my suit in the hot tub?We do not recommend it, as the extreme temperatures and high concentration of chemicals can fade the colors of your suit and may cause the fabric to break down more quickly. If indulging yourself to a weekend in Reykavik please leave your PAULA suit at home. The hot springs are devastating to beautiful fabrics.

Which size should I choose?
PAULA beachwear is true to size, though we do recommend checking our size guide. If you have any questions regarding which size to choose don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help.

I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?
Yes, many products are core products and will come back in stock. Please check back on the site or contact customer service to find out about product availability.

How soon can I get my order?
We ship all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery then normally takes 2–4 working days with DHL Express.

Can I return my order?
If you change your mind about an item purchased you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

  • Proof of purchase provided.
  • Tags attached.
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed.
  • Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own. underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

Returned goods from Sweden, Europe and Rest of the World is paid by the customer.

Can I exchange my order?
If you want to switch to another style or size you are entitled to an exchange within 30 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

  • Proof of purchase provided.
  • Tags attached.
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed.
  • Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

Exchanged goods from Sweden, Europe and Rest of the World is paid by the customer.

When will I receive my refund payment?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of PAULA beachwear receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

What payment methods are accepted?
PAULA beachwear accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna and Swish (local variations depending on shipping destination).

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Paula beachwear?
At PAULA beachwear, your personal online security is important. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Adyen. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we do not store any cardholder account data. All credit card payment service are secure and are handled by Braintree who hold the highest level of PCIDSS accreditation. 

Can I return an online order to a store carrying the PAULA beachwear brand?
No, unfortunately this is not possible, all online purchases must be returned by courier to our warehouse in Sweden.

Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are pictured together?
Absolutely, all bikini tops and bottoms are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect bikini. Please note all prices for each bikini piece are as marked on the individual items.
