• For all destinations outside Sweden we offer a Flat Rate Shipping Cost of EUR 10
• For United States we offer a Flat Rate Shipping Cost of USD 10
• All returns are at the customers expense.

For all countries outside the EU we ship DAP (Delivered at Place), which means the customer will pay for possible import duties and local taxes. This is beyond our control and we cannot offer advice on the possible charges to be incurred as it varies a lot from country to country. Please check with your local customs for info. 

We always try to dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days. Most deliveries take 2-4 working days through DHL Express. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.

We will always send you an email once we have dispatched your order and provide you with a tracking link.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, this is not possible as our carriers require a signature. Please provide a physical street address on your order form.

Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.

Q: Is my package insured?
A: All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days after being dispatched.

Q: Will I have to pay additional tax or import duties on my order?
A: We ship DAP (Delivered at Place) to all non-EU countries. Local taxes may occur which are beyond our control and we cannot offer advice on the possible charges to be incurred. For all destinations outside Europe the Customer will be charged for any possible tax and import duties. Check with your local customs before placing an order to be sure of what this may be for your country.

Q: To which countries does PAULA beachwear ship?
A: We offer Worldwide Shipping. Please select the relevant country from the bottom of our navigation window at our Website, and you'll then be able to select your country as the shipping destination at the checkout. 

Q: Can I collect my order in a store carrying the brand PAULA beachwear?
A: All orders must be sent to the delivery address as stipulated on your order form. We do not offer any in-store collection services outside Sweden.

Exchanges & Returns Procedure EU
We offer all customers returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

Q: Where do I get a return label?
A: There should be a return label in the package with all deliveries within the EU, if you are missing this then please contact us with your order details by clicking here.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Changes to a different size or an item costing the same or less is possible. Please inform us on the Return Label and we will handle it.

Q: Can I exchange a product for a more expensive item?
A: For security reasons, we do not save your payment information in our database. Therefore, you are not able to exchange an item for a more expensive one. In these circumstances, we will refund your original order and ask that you place a new order via our Website. If you make an exchange for a less expensive item, you will receive a refund to the original purchasers’ payment method. 

Please return the item in the original packaging, using the included return label placed over the original delivery label. Please return the package to your nearest drop-off point and keep a copy of the receipt and tracking reference.

  1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
  2. Carefully fill out our return form and place it in the box. You can also use this form if you want to change your order to a different product.
  3. Close the box and tape it securely.
  4. Place your return shipping label on the box over the original delivery information.
  5. Return at your nearest delivery point.

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sold:

  • Proof of purchase provided.
  • Tags attached.
  • The garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed.
  • Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.
  • This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

PAULA beachwear will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

Exchanges & Returns Procedure non-EU Countries
For all non-EU countries please contact us before any return to make sure the correct documents are enclosed. You will receive a digital return label.

For this reason also we cannot provide exchange. If you wish to exchange your purchase you must first return the item and be refunded for it, then place a new order. Returns are at your expense. The charge is USD 10 or EUR 10 depending on country.

Please return the package to your nearest drop-off point and keep a copy of the receipt and tracking reference.

  1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
  2. Carefully fill out our return form and place it in the box.
  3. Close the box and tape it securely.
  4. Place your digitally received return shipping label on the box. You will also have to provide printouts of the digitally received Proforma Invoice.
  5. Contact your local DHL for delivery point.

Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. 

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact us. Please quote your order reference number, your name and address, contact phone and details of the product as well as the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
